[ETS2] SCANIA R&Streamline [1.47-1.50]

What do we have?

The interior has its own navigation, not a default (switches multimedia "RADIO ADDON BY WOLLI"). On-board computer V8, also switches. Its own interior lighting setting and overexposure of some buttons.
